Me and my friend Brent are trying to get the last trophy on Uncharted, Well last 2 if you count the plat.). We are going to be so hardcore about this, that we aren't going to eat a single bite until we F-up Crushing Mode. I mean, we are seriously going to mess this game up. I was playing SSHD and I when I was finished with the level I turned down the sound effects and music volume to 0. When the messege came up it had no sound. I then turned back on the sound effects(not the music) and continued playing. When I finished the level I just kept the sound effects on max volume. I was thinking about the release of 2.4 and the real reason why people are bitching, its not because Sony didn't do something right, since all the problems are in the hands of the developers. Look at SSHD it has EVERYTHING sony's 2.4 offers. Maybe not in-game music(because it already supports custom soundtracks), but still you can pretty much experience all 2.4 has to offer.

So update 2.4 brought along some much needed functions to the Ps3, but its still far from complete. This list is a list of firmwire(only) changes they could make, and a list of firmwire(only) things they could add.
1. Ability to access xmb in ps2 and ps1 games.
