Sony Firmware Updates, have a Pattern

Over the past months of owning a PS3, and a PSP. I have noticed that Sony seems to like to update, specifically firmware, on Tuesday nights,from 11:30 pm to 12:00, or Wednesday morning, from 12:01 to 12:59. Next time a rumored PS3, or PSP update comes out, try this pattern. It has yet to fail, although exceptions being when a problem occurs, like 2.41. Something to note is that weeks, and months seem to have no pattern (obviously, they can't regularly make updates bi-weekly), but rumors are a good indication to look out for updates that Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning.
As a side note, I am in EST. It seems that the update is released in the times listed above, in EST and release simultaneously in Europe and the the United States/North America.
