So I'm guessing FFXIII info is exclusive to their August event?

Exactly.
They were both separately built from the ground up for each console.
Meaning specifically optimized to work to its best capabilities on each system.
That being the case, how is it that the 360 version still performs equally to the PS3 yet, according to this article, it should be outperforming it.

This was a GREAT episode!
The quality of the previews, reviews and interviews were just as good as(even better than some) network TV videogame shows.
The HAWX preview opening was hilarious.
