I can't post in the forums. Help please.

I hate to do this here, but can someone tell me why I can't post in the forums? Every time I try to click the "post new thread" button, it does nothing. I've tried reinstalling java, but that doesn't work either. It's really pissing me off. Does anyone know how to fix this?
