PS3 has 256mb of RAM ???????????? definitely not PS3 has 256mb of GDDR3 ram at 700 mhz and 256mb of XDR ram at 3.2ghz. In total ps3 has 512mb of ram . RSX has full access to the XDR ram (provided 32mb is kept for OS ). ps3 has 512kb of L1 cache and 256kb of L2 cache per spe.
