The Emperor, sometimes called the Emperor of Palamecia, is the villain from Final Fantasy II. He has powerful magical abilities, an iron fist, and, if his personality from FFII is any indication, an overpowering thirst for world domination. In the past he's used monsters from the underworld to achieve his ends, so who knows what he'll bring to the table in a one-on-one battle.
