Uncharted 2, inFAMOUS are my top GOTY contenders personally. Killzone 2 was really good in a lot of ways, but Uncharted 2 and inFAMOUS were both fantastic in the gameplay department. I can't really think of any other game that comes close to all 3 of these games.

I can see a few places giving MW2 GOTY. Gametrailers, Edge and Eurogamer (maybe) will probably give GOTY to MW2.

Go to the Highest Rated section. It's funny, even with all the PS3 detractors out there (like Edge, and every site that nitpicked this game), it was still able to topple Zelda OoT, which was the best game ever according to gamestats, until UC2 came out. That's something that only happens once every 10 years, so it's safe to say that this is the game of the decade.

There will be no bias against it because its a multiplat.

It should easily be able to outscore Uncharted 2 if they're both equally awesome games.

Just look at GTAIV, the worst GTA in years and it gets the best scores. Shame.

Last two Goty competitors are AC2 and MW 2. Watch AC is looking pretty good and MW is mutliplat halo. Hope U2 wins it deserves it more than than ACTIVISON'S cod MW2. I can say this without playing it because we know what MW2 will bring.

I dunno... I kinda liked GTA4. It was more mature, atmospheric and story-driven than the usual GTA games. It felt like a good crime drama movie.

I used to hate on this game a lot, but then I realized I only hated the kids that played it just to kill people and look gangsta, not the game itself.

yea GOW 3 will sell similar if not more than MGS 4 first week,should be interesting to see the LTD for it. GT 5 will destroy any other ps3 game and i don't think anything but a GT 6 will ever top it. I predict GT 5's first week will sell 3-4 million.

I'm a huge fan of the God of War series and GOW3 is one of my most anticipated games of 2010, but I have to say I really doubt that it'll sell MGS4 numbers (4.5+ million).... God of War 1 sold a little over 3 million, and God of War 2 sold around the 2.5+ million mark... so pretty much I'm expecting around those numbers for God of War 3.

Since GOW3 will be $60 dollar Single Player Action game, for the most part I think that it'll mainly be real fans of the franchise that have already purchased the past installments that actually go out and BUY it and not just rent it... hopefully the God of War Collection creates new fans and increases the potential sales even more for GOW3.

I dunno guys... I mean piracy really affected the sales. I can count 10 people now that I know bought the game pirated (especially the 2nd one) since the next gen had started and people spent more on those games or gathered money to buy a PS3 or 360.. And last gen showed that even though the install base was more than 100 million, games hardly sold more than 2-3 million.

Also, a lot of people were hyped about the game, but never played it, which is a similar case with games like SOTC. I think it's a great move for Sony to rerelease GOW1 & 2 for those who haven't played the previous games. This will really help the sales of 3. The only concern I have about this is the fact that it's scheduled for March and even GT5 lands... GOW is big, but GT is huge and can really hurt the games sales. Hopefully Sony at least gives a months buffer for both or at least introduce a pack (dunno GT5+GOW3 for 100$??).

Anyways, I am picking both so sales don't concern me... Both are gonna be awesome.

UC 2 and MGS4 are possible on the xbox 360 because DVD is better than bluray because less space means more disks and more disks means better value for money because u get MORE DVD's
