Sony Fixes Our Problems But We Still Complain

Before Firmware 2.40 hit our PlayStation 3's many of us complained about the features the PlayStation 3 needed. Such features as in game music, trophies and in game xmb. We got two of these features, but in game music is a really much needed feature for the PlayStation 3. Soon after that we were given 2.41, which fixed the problems the update people were getting and a new icon for the platinum trophy. And then 2.42 and so on and so forth. But people still complained and demanded more .

In game music isn't implemented fully how we wanted it in the first place.

Cross game chatting isn't there and is needed for people who actually have friends.

An yes Halluciante that is one of the best things about the Playstation community we complain to make our systems better an we don't settle. We don't just sit there an say oh Sony that's ok we forgive you or brush it off as if nothing has happend. We state what we want an in return for the most part they deliver an in kind they get feed back. It might seem like a bad thing to some but its what keeps us moving forward as fast as we have.

The community on playstation.com know how to express what we want. An though sometimes Sony may seem to be slow about it they try to give us some sign that they are listening an care what we have to say. Its this support an for this reason why I love the innovations of the ps3 an playstation community.
