I get both excited and angry. Excited at the thought of Home and how I'll probably never turn off my PS3 once it's out and angry because I want it now. As a matter of fact, we're almost in Q2 of 2008. Home should be here pretty soon....unless they delay it again.

Ok, to me, the Home world, at least to some degree, seems to have a lot of similarities to an MMO. Not in the sense of what you do, but more simply that you take control of a drone and walk around a virtual world. Going along with this line of thinking, my question is will it continue along in similarities by placinng people on different servers? If half of the PS3 userbase were to get online how will they keep Home from crashing? Or are they going P2P instead of using servers? In the end, I guess my basic question is, given the scope of what they're trying to do, how do they plan to deal with the lag? I haven't really read up on Home, but just curious as to how it's going to be implemented.

Will this be tacked onto a firmware update or do I get the choice whether to dl it or not? Better not be taking up any of my hdd space! Sorry I get enough of the real world every day so naturally I play video games to have super powers, and such. It's not my ideal online virtual experiance to go visiting homes, and what have you.

It's called the "Play"station. Not the "Dream"station. I want to play games, not just dream about what they could be after seeing screens and reading previews.

Luckily, I get Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 this week. If not for that and DMC4 (still) I'd be losing it as a Sony gamer. Can we please start getting some of that promised AAA software Sony. I mean, I know you need 15 years to develop Killzone 2 and all, but how about LBP, HOME, Haze, FFXIII, Eight Days, The Getaway and White Knight Story....ok?
