With a game with so much parody, exciting game play moments, one of the best narratives ever found in a video game along with some of the toughest decisions you'll ever make morally, you can't help but play it for the full length. GTA IV is the best GTA ever made. It certainly raises the bar for anyone who will be trying to do a similar thing. With all that in mind though it will last a long time but it won't last forever. You'll play this through, you'll spend some time on the multiplayer and then you'll pack it away as one of those oh wow that game was awesome type of games.
You will talk about the moments in the game and the tiny bits of detail that you recall when it's all over. You'll then sit here wondering why other games can't live up to the hype that this one did and question yourself when the episodic content will come out and perhaps even how they'll do the next GTA game and what will it be like. You'll wonder if the ending means anything in regards to the next installment for GTA on the current generation consoles. This is one game everyone who's old enough to play it must have.
