This is more like Stalker
Fallout 3 was empty and some other s*it.
But this looks so amazing. This is like Stalker xlabs but this time evrything is destroyed and humans live (underground)

I remember it was announced even before PS3 release.

Then the game disappeared from radars and Xbox 360 sites published previews of the game.

And finally we arrive here, where nothing was clearly announced about the definitive platforms of the game. I tend to believe it's a media hole, like BlazBlue. Nothing is announced so they presume it's PS3/PC, 360/PC or PC only. And you can't even know with developers website as it's down since a while.

It's more or less confirmed that it's comming to the 360. The first teaser for the game has been out on XBL for a while now. Not sure about PS3 though.
