Special Edition fighting style revealed in latest chop-socky footage.
You're no doubt well aware that BioWare's revamped PC version of kung fu RPG Jade Empire features new fighting styles; revealed in latest footage is one such combat art - the Viper Style. Karate-leap over to the video player right to have a gander.
Jade Empire: Special Edition is out on March 2.
If you haven't played Bioware's Jade Empire yet, the game is available for free on Origin "on the house", but only for a limited time.
Hopefully a lot of people will download it and maybe EA will finally decide to give the green light for a sequel.
Continue Play's Taylor Hidalgo looks back at Bioware's sojourn into Asian myth, Jade Empire. While uneven storytelling and character development takes the shine off, the game's excellent combat system makes up for it.
I wish Bioware would hire more ppl, create another studio and make a sequel to this and a proper KotOR sequel.
As far as the morality system goes, I wish games would ditch the simple black and white, like Infamous and Mass effect. Dragon Age is a better example, as is The Witcher games. Real life isn't about good and bad, but choices that have consequences. Sometimes you must kill, sometimes you save someone and it ends up hurting you in the long run.
It's time!!!
Had this on the og xbox and didn't finish, picked it up on steam for a couple bucks to play in 3840x2160, glad I did...
GamerTell goes through 10 awesome PS2, Xbox and PC games that need to find a home on the Vita. Dark Cloud, Okami, Odin Sphere, Minecraft and Jade Empire are among the titles championed.
I just need my inFAMOUS, Uncharted, Killzone, LBP, and God of War fix on the system with some new IPs and ports and this system would be the possibly the best handheld I've ever owned, and I owned a lot of brilliant handhelds gaming devices.
I know that the stuff I put above are coming as a reality with Killzone is approaching and LBP & Uncharted already hit the Vita. Also new IPs like Tearaway and Soul Sacrafice are the new IPs. Also the ports are always good for games on consoles that can be enhanced to be a great play on the go title. PS Vita is going to have a fun ride starting 2013!
Wait wait wait. With all the people b*tching, moaning, and whining that the Vita gets nothing but ports (which is a lie), here's an article asking for 10 of them? Wow. And the haters show up in 3...2...1...
But but but, porting CONSOLE games to a handheld is stupid! /sarcasm
(really enjoying making fun of Vita haters)
