Brave New World is due out on July 9th in North America and will bring with it a total of nine new Civilizations, new scenarios and some revamped mechanics, chief among them some innovative changes to the cultural victory condition, and a plethora of other goodies.

AMD has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the AMD Radeon Adrenalin Edition 18.2.1 is optimized for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age. Moreover, this driver addresses some corruption issues on some terrain in Need for Speed Payback, and some launch issues on Hybrid Graphics system configurations when using the DirectX9 API in Sid Meier’s Civilization V.
It appears that Sid Meier’s Civilization V has hit a new milestone. According to Steamspy’s data, Firaxis’ strategy game has sold more than 10 million units worldwide.
That's quite an achievement! It would be interesting to know how many units were sold at full price and how many during a Steam Sale. I think I bought it for $10 during one of the big sales.
