Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.

Today’s 1.46 update includes ŠKODA Vision Gran Turismo, two other cars, new Café Menu, and World Circuit Events.
Maybe for some games but they all don't need to be 60FPS.
I agree 60fps needs to be a standard for nextgen consoles! I myself can notice abig difference between 30fps and 60fps.60fps is so much easier on the eyes!
It should be a goal for all developers to move up to 60fps if the hardware allows it too which i believe it will. Of course not all games need to be 60fps like some RPGs or games of that same ilk. For shooters, action games, or racing games it should be the standard to set.
I do believe that some PSN/Xbox Live games may push the framerate even further like many of the Housemarque games this gen. When many developers were doing 30fps Housemarque games were 60fps & 1080p. So don't be surprised if some download only games push upwards the 60+fps mark.
If 1080P and 60fps aren't standard on next gen consoles then what'll be the point of them? Next gen graphics with last gen framerates!! No thanks!!
