Activision hasn’t had a good time of things since the announcement of The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. Originally berated for bringing the critically acclaimed The Walking Dead universe to the first-person shooter (FPS) template after the huge success of Telltale Games’ adventure series, and then mocked extensively after the first decidedly dicey gameplay footage was presented on a public forum. That’s not stopping the publishing giant however, with the latest stage in the production of The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct being the revelation of the box art design.

I don't think they understand what makes the Walking dead series so brilliant.
I'll tell you now it isn't the action.
Could you imagine, all this secrecy, all this bad stuff going towards the game...
and it all turns out to be a great game nobody buys?
BWAHAHA. Nah. Its just Family Guy all over again. We saw NOTHING of it, and that turned out bad.
