South Park: The Stick of Truth’s Ridiculous Possible Bosses

Gi - Obsidian Entertainment’s collaboration with the creators of the terrifically successful South Park animated franchise, the upcoming game South Park: The Stick of Truth, shows signs of promise that players will finally be able to experience the sublime madness of being a resident of the most absurd and terrifying fictional little town in all of Colorado. Inexplicably linked to South Park is a menagerie of monstrosities both beastly and human, and the responsibility of facing down some of the series’ loved (and hated) antagonists lies with “the new kid” out to prove his cool.

Helen Keller, maybe some sick-twisted boss like Mr Jefferson (I would die!!!!)

I really, really hope ths does not suck. Fortunately Trey and Matt are involved, as well as Obsidian. I'm a fan of all Trey and Matt stuff like Team America, Baseketball, and Orgazmo, and obviously South Park, though I'd have to admit not that into the newest episodes tbh.

The best South Park game so far has been the Tower Defense one, and that was pretty darn average. My least favourite was Tenorman's Revenge. Wow was that bad.

This "Game" is basically the next South Park Movie, in terms of the amount of content we are getting.

I can't wait for this game. I loved the crappy N64 game and played the heck out of it, I'll def be getting this one.

We are going to see a lot of crap South Park products since they sold out to paramount years ago. It's their IP they can sell out, of course; it just means the quality of their show has tanked and other products as well. Nevertheless, they put on excellent musicals, but those haven't been sold to a mega corporation.

They said awhile ago that Ubisoft holds contract rights to the main flagship South Park games. So like stick, fractured and phone destroyer.

Snow Day was handled by THQ and Question and is a random spinoff. Hopefully Ubisoft is cooking something.

That's one reason to be hopeful, but Ubi is trending down too.

Loved the RPGs but never played the others. Have to track them down. Still not sure about Snow Day though.

The 7 Best South Park Games

The South Park series has somehow managed to stay relevant for over 25 years, but which are the best games based on the TV show?

cammers1995134d ago (Edited 134d ago )

The only two worth playing are Stick of truth and fractured but whole. The rest were garbage except snow day which I can't say anything about yet. But with that said, unlike stick and fractured which debuted as AAA full priced titles by ubisoft, snow day is a new developer and publisher and has a budget price at only $30 soooo

I see Deadpool made the list. Also saw it in stock at the local game store. Second hand. Might finally pick up a copy.
