So are you saying it will be Oscar worthy?

BitbyDeath4179d ago (Edited 4179d ago )

Uncharted worthy.

SnotyTheRocket4179d ago

Imagine that? uncharted level Awesomeness (set piece wise) in an OPEN world?!

first1NFANTRY4179d ago

lol as much as i believe GTA5 will be an amazing game lets face it, i think we can all agree no other game in the near future is winning 150+ awards like Uncharted 2.

ShoryukenII4179d ago

@first1NFANTRY
Maybe not in 2013 because of tough competition (GTA V, MGS, TLoU, etc.) but that does not mean they cannot surpass Uncharted 2 in awesomeness, as hard as that may be. It isn't all about the awards.

Also, in the second trailer, we saw a moment similar to Uncharted 3: the part with the plane. However, this time we can drive out of planes and parachute down or ride on top of trains as they are about to crash.

Imagine driving a red Infernus on that super long bridge shown in the screenshots while being chased by the army. They've got the bridge blocked on both sides leaving you with no hope. You drive off the bridge in your Infernus and jump out of it in midair, parachute down and hop into a speedboat.

That sounds Uncharted/Hollywoodlike enough to me.

I noticed it is inspired by the movie Heat.

glennco4179d ago

last thing i want is hollywood inspired missions.
get some new ideas please. games with that in mind are just interactive movies themselves and barely even games.

next they will make a movie about a game based on movie highlights.

More interested in money than giving fans what they want. Such a shame

CrimsonWing691d 19h ago

With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.

I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.

Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder

Ikr mfs that greedy it's ridiculous

andy851d 16h ago

This makes me sad. Trevor was one of my favourite characters in gaming

One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
