GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 leap up due to summer sales
Wow, good games never get old I guess.
CoD will always be a beast of a franchise, and how awesome is it that you can just boot it up or pop it into your Xbox and play, MS BC is really a neat feature.
Wish they would show off zombies!!
If this game was just another "modern day" military shooter just like MW3, I wouldn't give this a second look. But after seeing the Black Ops trailer, I was actually pretty impressed because I never would've guessed that Treyarch would take this unfamiliar road that the series isn't known for.
Futuristic warfare? Drones and turtle tanks? Quad heli-flyer things in the air? I have to admit, I didn't see the change coming. This fresh change is just what the series needed.
You all may be hating, and believe me, I understand why. You have the right to hate this game with a passion. I even think that CoD games should be switching to a newer engine by now. But I feel as if, no matter what engine the CoD games are made in, I always feel like I'm getting a lot out of my money's worth.
Let me explain: Sure MW3 is made on the same engine as MW2, but I felt as if they took full advantage of their engine. I can't say that about a lot of games out there. Crysis 2 for example was made on a superb engine, but the game was a pile of garbage.
MW3 included an engaging short but fun campaign, a full on co-op survival and spec ops mode. And of course the online, which is debatable as to if its worth playing or not. Everything included in the game felt like it used the engine to its fullest capacity.
Now if you disagree, I want valid answers, not annoying hater-talk.
