Psych Yourself, the follow up to Test Yourself: Psychology, is another entry in the brain game genre. What sets this game apart, however, is that this is used as an evaluation tool instead of memory and brain exercises. There is something pretty cool about having a psych evaluation just from a game, as limited as it can be. At times it seemed to hit right on the head and at others it seemed to contradict something that was just stated.
While it may be a game with a rather limited scope, I found Psych Yourself to be an interesting and eye opening addition to my PSN library. With a host of logic based tests of things like how well I can read others’ emotions (extremely well, thank you), how good I am at perceptions (awesome again), and how creative I am in everyday life (average – boo), this is a game that will have you bringing out the fainting couch and a fresh notebook to evaluate all your friends (and see how well you stack up).
Video game maker Creat Studios' next title, Psych Yourself, is coming to PlayStation Network on Tuesday of next week. In Psych Yourself, players explore the bounds of your creativity, master motions, and propel perception abilities to powerful new heights.
Now those are some cool-looking puzzles. I could dig something like this.
Infeasible, by the way. I think.
It's not very good, unfortunately. :\ You're better off with Lumosity.
