To America, no. The closest localization the series has recieved has been Europe and United Kingdom.

Finally!. I've been waiting to play any type of Soccer RPG for a while now. Soccer interest will be peaking closer to the World Cup in the Summer so this could be a really good Strategic move to finally introduce this series to NA.

I think it will actually sell pretty good.

I'll buy it even though I don't like Soccer, but from what I understand, it is over the top Soccer. IIRC, they compared kicking a Soccer into a net to the death of the dinosaurs. The Ball turned into an asteroid and shot through space hitting the earth (the goal net) and wiping the dinosaurs out of existence.
