Bummer for those that own a Xbox 360 like me. I was considering it, but now probably won't bother since shelling out that much cash and feeling like second fiddle isn't my idea of a good purchase.

Nintendo only published the original SF2 back then while the rest went to both Genesis & SNES, Sega Master was the very first console to receive a SF game..... Nintendo wasn't very much supportive of the SF series like Sega & Sony at the time... Why did you think N64 never had a SF game, Gamecube only had Capcom Vs SNK 2 EO, I would give you a list of all SF games on all Nintendo & Sony consoles, even Sega supported SF during the series's 25 years more than Nintendo did!!!!

Had this been announced as Xbox 360 exclusive content, how many trolls do you think would have been in here condemning Microsoft?

I just like to point out obviously hypocrisies on this site from time to time. Carry on, good day.....If you've ever complained about Microsoft getting timed content, you should be just as upset about this, so I want to see all the same people who complained about Dawnguard, Resident Evil 6 and Tomb Raider to complain about this obvious outrage!

Now I got money for some other game that makes me feel like I did a great purchase. Good deal for those that want it on the PS3 though.

@ Levelhead- Sony simply went to Capcom to get more goodies in the form of the 3 PS1 Alphas & the PSP Alpha 3, all the 3rd Strike DLC, & more for the same price it is for the Xbox version, even if I had both consoles, I go with the PS3 version cause I'm getting free goodies for the same price... If it's a company you wanna complain about a lack of exclusive/timed content, it's Microsoft, GTFO of here!!!!! Also Microsoft isn't very much a company a lot of people like, only a blind Xbox fanboy likes Microsoft!!!!

but sony gets exclusive content, not timed. timed is an inconvenience, exclusive is what sony does.

GTA: San Andreas completely collapses that myth. It's better to have timed exclusive when it comes to 3rd party games, that way gamers still have access to the content without having the need to buy extra hardware. Even timed exclusive stuff shouldn't exist.

Games should be enjoyed, not withheld. By expanding your userbase not only do you have more potential customers, you can get more people to enjoy them too.

@ Levelhead- GTA: SA only sold around 1 million on Xbox compared to 20 million on PS2, how was it that they saw more potential consumers on Xbox when it saw very poor sales??... BTW wtf does San Andreas have to do with the subject of timed exclusive content when GTA 3 & Vice City were on Xbox as well, it was a matter of time for them to be released, you make no sense!!!!!!

Perhaps if you actually took the time to read the comment i responded to you'd understand.

That simply isn't true. GTA: San Andreas was a timed exclusive title on the PS2. The reason why it sold so much more on the PS2 is due to many factors, one is the PS2 was way more popukar, the other is the PS2 allready had a GTA fanbase built up. It's irrelvant because Sony and Rockstar still had a timed exclusive deal and it debunks his comment because after 6-8 months it came out for the XBOX.

Understand now or should i write in crayon? As for you other comment above go ahead and buy it on the PS3, if you have the choice you should. The PS3 has a better controller for fighting games and like you say, it has more content. Just like Batman did.

sweet set.. I want it but $150 for games i prolly wont play much doesnt seem logical.. Sf x Tekken will prolly be the only game i touch (maybe alpha 3 max on my vita).. I know this set will be worth a lot of money in the future but ima have to pass capcom.. If it were $100, i would gladly buy it.. That statue is awesome & would look great on my entertainment center. Especially in the dark.. Ill take it as a gift tho.. Maybe my woman will feel generous & give it to me..

Only 30,000 of these were made. I've got one (PS3) and it's one of the better CEs I've purchased over the years. Nice velvet-feeling box, tons of extras, and good games. The Alpha games were a great addition and a very welcome surprise.

I picked mine up today just because I'm a collector and this is one of the better collector's editions I've seen. The alpha games were a surprise, and I really enjoyed them back in the day, so I'm very tempted to break the shrink wrap. Sadly as a collector, those extra games don't amount to much since they're all digital and will have a time limit on redemption, thus taking away some of it's value game wise. This CE does have a lot of content though.
