This year's E3 is looking more notable for what we won't be seeing.
Well, screw it. Now I'm not going.
Tons of other good reasons to still go, so don't just decide so hastily not to go.
Their's still alot that can show at E3 like Unreal Engine 4 supposely being shown, The Last of Us, Skyrim's DLC, most likely Battlefield's upcoming DLC Close Quarters and alot more.
Hardly worth going to see DLC. However I'm sure there will be heaps of stuff there. I still wouldn't write off the next Xbox being unveiled, and Id be surprised if Crytek and Epic don't have some awesome Next Gen tech demos on display.
I would since Microsoft already said they weren't revealing any new hardware at E3 but i heard their would be a $100 360 shown at E3 but i think that was just the Xbox that come's with a contract.
-Perhaps they want to put some surprise back into the show again, and everyone is just talking shit? Like they actually are showing things, but they are keeping the secrets locked up tight until the show instead of tinkling it out to the internet weeks before.
Oh no! A few super repetitive FPS titles might now show up! The show's over already!!! *shakes head* Nothing on your list means anything.
GTAV, Half-Life/Left 4 Dead/Team Fortress 3 and Bioshock Infinite? Really? You do realize those were probably the only shooters NOT like Call of Duty we had any chance of seeing, right? Battlefield, Medal of Honor, Overstrike (probably), BlOps2, Bad Company 3 (rumored) and Halo 4 (and all the CoD features 343 is adding to it) are all still going to make (and likely dominate unfortunately) the show. Just out of curiosity, what are you looking forward to at E3 that makes the no-shows irrelevant? Not asking to be asinine, I'm just curious if there's something confirmed or rumored that you're looking forward to.
I don't care for shooters with very few exceptions and it's just that simple. Nothing on that list was a part of those exceptions. As for your question, the most important things to me that are at E3... All Star Battle Royale Smash Bros Wii U Zelda Wii U The Last of Us Assassin's Creed 3 Dead Space 3 Project Ogre The Last Guardian Not likely but Fingers Crossed for... Monster Hunter for the Vita or PS3/360 Devil May Cry 5 (it's possible) New BlazBlue or Guilty Gear Bleach Soul Resurrection 2 Dynasty Warriors 7 Empires announced Syphon Filter The Omega Strain 2 Zone of the Enders 3 FFVersus XIII release confirmation (not likely at all, I know) Dark Souls sequel (most likely at TGS but I'm still hopeful)
cause it sucked last year?
No Kinect 2 announcement or did I miss something ?
The fact that there'll be more of The Last of Us makes this E3 awesome.
looks like someone needs website hits...
Maybe for Microsof. Not Nintendo and Sony.
