No bad number for a time where we don't really have any big names out and it looks like Kinect is still selling strong in the UK too with the number for Kinect Adventures and Kinect Star Wars

nothing unusual here. moving on.

UK is such a small population that these numbers are pointless and where I live (Scotland) its half the population of London :L

UK is not a note worthy market the bigger picture ususally is just Europe and North America and WW.

No starhawk on that list and I have not bought it yet cause I never knew it was out away to order it soon though.

1: X360 - 58,208
2: PS3 - 42,300
3: 3DS - 38,499
4: Wii - 23,350
5: PSV - 18,375
6: DS - 13,645
7: PSP - 4,337

Those were the US numbers. I think that MS, Sony and Ninty deeply care about UK sales even if most are about 1/4 (or 1/5th) of the size of the US numbers which is not bad at all.

Well I don't think they do people can disagree with me but if I was running a big corperation I would be looking at where my biggest sales come from and that would be main land europe north america. These sales are a side note to be presented with. The UK is an influential market but its not a big market decider.

You think Sony/Microsoft and Nintendo care about the UK? Guess again basically what they do is present the UK with what NA is getting really and ship it off theres no need for a thought process to it.

Like I said disagree all you want but fact will always remain fact.

1: 3DS - 186,867
2: PS3 - 146,882
3: 360 - 123,867
4: Wii - 78,683
5: PSP - 68,935
6: PSV - 59,323
7: DS - 39,31

Those are last weeks WW numbers ending on the 5th of May. Between 10%-50% of those sales come from the US varying which product we're talking about. Remove the UK from total WW sales and they take a sleight hit and i doupt any company would want to lose the contribution of any individual EU country.

When smeone buy's a console they buy games for that console. Some of that money will go to MS/Sony/Ninty for licencing and for every game they sell they get a small portion of the money. In the UK 9000 more PS3's definitely means more than 9000 games are going to be collectively bought by those people.
