Famitsu as part of the Final Fantasy VII 15th anniversary feature interviewed Tetsuya Nomura, Kazushige Nojima and Yoshinori Kitase. Following are some interesting tidbits from the interview.
I sure miss those times games like FFVII & so many other gems of the 90's is something we will never see again from now on unfortunately.
Yeah I loved FF7 and FF8 its a shame they dont put in the effort anymore
You forgot FFIX! =P and yeah the 90s were amazing when you look back.
I miss the time when developers were talking about games they were actually MAKING those games! Not just talking to hear themselves talk and fluffing what blind fanboys they have left.
Sure do miss FFVII and the gems from the 90s. I think one of the reason why that era was memorable for me was because I was a young teen with no worries in life but to play games and absorb everything about the game. These days, the enchantment of video games are almost all gone.
See, you don't realise some of the things developers have to talk about and some of the mad ideas they come up with during the development cycle. Must make making games interesting.
