The creepiest video game enemy ever for me.. was that first ever Zombie that was feasting on a STARS team member & slowly turned around to look at Chris.. Resident Evil Remake, Greatest horror experience I've ever had.

Man i hated the Iron Maidens especially if i didn't have that scope and if i was low on ammo.

Fury's from Resistance 2. Jumping into the water and getting killed by one of them creeps me out every time.

Yeah those could be kinda creepy. Especially since you could see them coming and had to try and get away. It was like watching death himself come towards you, because you can't kill the stupid things.

Well once I found out Chimera were made out of people they became even more creepy. How could you leave them out of the list? Steelheads, Jacks and Menials alone are enough to make you wet you pants

Actually Banshees from Mass Effect 3 for me were no fun either. Everytime I heard one scream, i also cursed a little bit. Not that scary, just tough and can easily overwhelm.

First time i encountered a banshee i wouldnt stop crapping myself due to how quickly they closed the gap between you. But if eventually it becomes a case of "OH i heard a scream, thanks for the heads up".

Although i will say that scream would be very "chilling" if it was in a horror game.

The crab spider things from Half-Life 2 scared the crap out of me, just minding your business, smashing a crate with your trusty crowbar and wham! One of these guys jumping straight at your face.

The prison wardens with the octupus heads from Demons Souls also freak me out, especially if you came to a corner and didnt know whether one was around it, then you heard the little bell they ring and i would just run like a little girl.

The crazy bastards in Bioshock, splicers, who would be just standing right behind you as turn around.

For me it was the blood babies from Demon's Souls Lady Astraea boss fight and the mannequin splicers from Bioshock.

Creepy stuff. :P

Havent gotten to that part in DS but yeah, those splicers in Bioshock could give you a heart attack; walk by a few "mannequins", walk back and then wonder was there not another mannequin there when i first walked by hmmm, turn around and one is standing there right behind you, man!
