Blizzard to help those affected by dishonored GAME pre-orders through refund scheme
Blizzard has just announced that they'll be running a refund scheme of sorts for those who have pre-ordered from GAME and did not receive a copy of Diablo III.

Good cause it's ridiculous of GAME to not only NOT sell the game but also not give any refunds so their basically stealing those people's hard earned money.
