That's not a deal, I agree, however there's still time to pre-order and if you do that you'll get a $10 giftcard ($20 if you're unlocked) and the first DLC released for free.
Eh you're only getting the 1st DLC pack meaning that you won't get as much value for buying the $30 DLC pass.
$20 store credit over Amazon's $10 is also negated by the fact that you don't pay sales tax on Amazon if you live in the right state and you don't have to drive to the store with $4-$5 per gallon gas.
I'm not surprised Best Buys stock is dropping like mad. They just can't stay competitive.
