"Last November we covered a lawsuit brought against Google by the Jarg Corporation in partnership with Northeastern University. Google has now filed its own response to Jarg, in which it denies all allegations of infringement, and declares that all of Jarg's requests for injunctive relief are invalid. Google also requests a declaratory judgment from the judge stating such (and awarding attorney fees), but also requests a jury trial if the court declines to grant an immediate judgment. Google's court filing, seen by Ars Technica, has all the markings of a confident response; the company doesn't appear fazed by Jarg's claims in the slightest."
