To me Non of the two matter a game can sell millions and get 8's and 9's, but if i find the gameplay boring the game will not get money. For example Duke Nukem got shitty scores and didn't sell, but i still bough the game and enjoyed it, because am a Duke fan (only pay 10 bucks for it).
