Inafune Wants His New Game To Be Known As 'Soul Sack' And Not 'So Suck'

That headline must have surely confused you, well it did us anyway. Megaman (pun intended) Keiji Inafune announced his new game Soul Sacrifice just a few days ago and he wants fans to know exactly what to call it.

It doesn't even make any sense. Why would you shorten "Sacrifice" to "Suck"? Unless you're purposely unfunnily trying to hate on the game.

If you have an accent, like my Korean friend from college, Soul would actually out as "so." And I could see Sacrifice, shortened to sack, sounding like "suck."

Maybe that's what Inafune is referring to? That the english title when pronounced by someone with an accent sounds like something else? I could see that being a problem, if that was the case.

I mean... Pac-Man was originally supposed to be Puc-Man. But they changed it, because they thought it would be too easy to scratch off part of the "P" and be... oh u know the story.
