If you're playing higher than 3 or 4, you'll find that centring on a target is very difficult, unless you are a sniper. On 1 and 2, it's just too slow.

3 and 4 are both excellent sensitivities, though. I only casually play CoD, now as it has gotten boring for me, but I used to be pretty good.
