God no Mojang, don't start THAT shit... Minecraft started out on PC, there should be no content that doesn't come to PC.

whatever it is it won't beat having mods
Or the real minecraft..

This game will sell less on console I would bet money on it.

can't stop the modding community :D

Mojang just takes ideas from PC mods anyway.

How about firstly increasing the world size that is currently 1000x1000. The world size on 360 is piddly and depressingly not even approaching what i was expecting- and really i wasn't expecting anything quite so grand as it is on the pc

You are essentially fenced into one not particularly big island. It robs the game of what it is and that is to adventure out in a chosen direction. Limits yes but not this extreme. 4JS is going to recieve a lot of grief over this i'm sure and it seems wierdly overlooked MS and 4JS- not to mention notch. Unless they're banking on people not noticing it somehow

The port otherwise looks very well done but this aspect is crap. A shame then but maybe it will be patched to increase this at some stage. I'm not optimistic

I thought Minecraft was about making your own stuff, and not using DLC?!?!

Here's an idea...

Bring it to PS3.
You're going to lose SO many sales by not doing this.

Bring it to Vita.
Even if you have to give us the Pocket Edition, give us a Vita version. It would have been a phenomenal launch title and a reason for people to buy the thing. I bought it for Katamari alone...and I LOVE my Vita. You are just sitting on SO MUCH MONEY!

Bring it to 3DS. (The 3D on the PC version is fantastic!)

Unfortunately, Fortress Craft is much better than the 360 version of Minecraft.

That's not to downplay Fortress Craft either. It's an AMAZING game.
SignifiedSix  +   1208d ago
Idk, i played it and it was actually not that great of a game to be honest. Just a crappy clone of minecraft lol
IQUITN4G  +   1209d ago
Yup as much as people rip into Fortresscraft, it's excellent at doing it's own thing. If you go into Fortresscraft expecting Minecraft then it's rather missing the point

This version of MC does look very good also but a tiny island really isn't what MC is all about. They need to sort this out fast or people like me are just going to avoid

Interesting is another infinite world generation game in the same genre as MC and FC is also heading to 360 at some stage. Google Craftworld and read all about the engine. Makes this version all the more disapointing knowing the world shouldn't be this small
