EA: 'Star Wars: The Old Republic' performance in line with assumptions

XMNR: When Electronic Arts released its fiscal year end numbers on Monday, it showed that Star Wars: The Old Republic subscriber numbers dropped 400,000 from the 1.7 million figure reported for the end of January to 1.3 million by the end of March, 2012. EA CEO John Riccitello and EA Labels president Fank Bibeau both down played the loss of subscribers for BioWare's massively multiplayer online role-playing game. (PC, Star Wars:The Old Republic)

i fear for TOR when Mists of Pandaria, Diablo 3, and Guild Wars 2 come out. hell, even TES: Online might take some of their subs.

Yeah, because when new MMOs come out, every single MMO game out never losses subs. This is just insane.

I donot feel any sympathy for EA, as they feel none for us.
