All hint towards that he's not neatural and that the redcoats are the bad guys...I mean why are they lying
It just goes against everything the part AC games have taught us about America and the Templars, fi the Assassins are nearly wiped out in the present then surley this would of been a perfect oppotunity to show the downfall of the Assasins by making them the redcoats, since they lost the war...it would explain how the Templars got control in other parts of the world and made America a more controled Templar run country
I feel like they just made America the "good" guys so they don't p*ss anyone off. It's better to let British people get p*ssed off (a small country) more then America...a bmuch, much bigger place.
Does it matter how big which country is ? The story is going to be fictional just like all the other games so they don't offend people and get the game banned.
I think you're reading a little bit too much into this...it's just a trailer, keep a lid on your conspiracies until it's released. Pointless to get in a hissy fit about pure speculation.

I think its really down to advertising to the American people. Assassin's creed is very popular in Europe but less popular in America (I know I am probably alone on this but I think it is the main reason they chose America as a location look at the publicity this game has got since announcing it is in America). It is annoying that Ubisoft say one thing but we see the exact opposite but lets see what happens.
I've avoided all the publicity for this game bar its initial announcement to make sure it's super sweet to play when I finally get it. If you just absorb every little detail that gets published (Screenshots, Videos, articles) the game almost definitely won't meet your expectations. The same applies for pretty much every game, in my experience anyway.
I love all the AC games and this one will certainly be the best one, I'm confident enough that I don't need to lap up every detail that gets released, and I also won't be watching this.

Honestly people who that bug me......should we stop complaining about the new dmc and wait untill it comes out to complain.... ¬¬

They went to America to get away from Britain rule and Britain followed and invaded
All it seems to be is killing English, Who cant be templars because that means the Assassins won the war.
Which is completely against the entire lore of the game.
Ps: I used to run from assassins, then I took an arrow to the leg (should be knee, but he wasnt shot in the knee)
He was shot in the leg... jesus Skyrim has ruined the idea of an arrow hitting someone in the legs.
So excited for this game! Love the AC franchise.
