Microsoft's E3 response to Wii U: Xbox 360/Kinect bundle for $300 -- analyst
TVGB: "E3 prediction time!
With neither Sony or Microsoft showing their next hardware at the show, whatever could they do to draw attention away from Nintendo, who will be sharing details on their upcoming Wii U?"
(Kinect, Microsoft, Wii U, Xbox 360)
You aren't going to see an influx in games from Microsoft at this stage in the game. There isn't a ton of money in it and they are a business.
Microsoft is obviously focused on making the Xbox 360 profitable as a entertainment hub, so they are making that push now.
I think Microsoft is of the mind that exclusives matter more in the beginning of a console cycle, not so much as it draws to a close. This kind of sucks for some gamers, but there are other options out there.
I think Microsoft will kick off the 720 with some solid exclusives in order to get those hardcore early adopters.
WTF!Is this for real?Because even if i didnt own a 360 already,i will never buy this business deal from M$ in favor of a new Console like the Wii U.M$ what we want its games, kinect shovelware keep it!
I believe that it's in respect to the blue ocean strategy (casual consumers) As long as third party titles sell as well on the Xbox 360 as they do now - Microsoft will coast on that type of support, until the 720 is ready for launch.
That's why it's important for Nintendo's Wii U console to appeal to all markets. Cotton candy taste good, though it isn't the type of food one would eat if they were famished (metaphorically speaking).
