Dan Southworth is best known for his role as "Eric" the Quantum Ranger in Power Rangers: Time Force, but if your a gamer you'll recognize his voice as "Vergil" in Devil May Cry 3 video game. Outside of being a ranger Dan has worked on countless TV/Movies as a stuntman and has done a good bit of mo-cap & vocal work for video games. He is currently working on his new action/sci fi web series that he co-wrote and stars in called "Divergence". Check out the link for a synopsis of the series as well as a trailer for series. If your into the action/sci fi genre this looks to be a good series with loads of potential.
"DIVERGENCE" is an action/sci-fi series starring Dan Southworth, Damion Poitier, Marta McGonagle, and Courtney Munch. The series follows former U.S. Army Intel officer Mark Leonard who struggles with paranoia and PTSD until he discovers that he is, in fact, being tracked by people…who can disappear into thin air. As Mark fights his way deeper into this mysterious world looking for answers, he encounters different factions attacking him or offering help—but few answers. Each new discovery draws Mark deeper into a mystery that seems to center on his own dark past.
VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."
3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them
2.
Dmc.

God DMC2 was an awful game.
And in case this isn't obvious it goes worst to best
Order changes depending on your focus. I tend to focus on gameplay/fun factor, so...
5, 3, 1, 4, 2.
I really didn't like 4 but commend Dante's weapon diversity. The retreading of old ground was pretty unacceptable to me.
But even then... Still more enjoyable than 2 for me
It's game time!, or is it hacking and slashing time? Doesn't matter! Enjoy the best hack and slash games on the Xbox 360
Dante's inferno... such a great GoW inspired game. So sad the sequel was canned, it sounded like it was going to be even more epic than the first.
I just can’t get into the devil may cry series. In my opinion you never feel powerful in those games. The guns are pointless as they only serve to be a flashy part of a combo. DMC was the only one that I could tolerate long enough to beat.
GameRant Writes "Taking inspiration from the Resident Evil remakes, Capcom should consider remaking Dante's first adventure in Devil May Cry 3 using the RE Engine."
Why so it can get bashed, trashed, and have an abundance of articles complaining about it being a remake when it launched on PS2, was remastered for PS360Switch, and released in an HD collection for PS4/XBO, and now they want to remake it for PS5/Series when they could be spending that time on making a new game.
Enough of Remakes please .... instead would prefer Dino Crisis and Onimusha Reboots.
I'd like to see what the RE Engine could do with Dino Crisis if Capcom went that route with the engine and the game. Personally I would want a Dino Crisis remake myself love the franchise. I would be tempted to see an Onimusha remake as well.
Ok I know there's alot of classics we'd like to see remade with today's tech but where do we draw the line? Because at this rate we about to buy every game we grew up with do we really need this? Aren't some games best in their original form? Isn't that makes us nostalgic for them? Do we really need remakes of psi-ops, rygar, Samson, the suffering, timesplitters etc? I dunno man I feel this is getting out of hand. I'd much rather move forward with new IP. Something about this just bothers me now. At first it was cool but now it's getting annoying.
The trailer looks amazing--nice action scenes and I love the addition of the scifi elements! Gotta say for a web series, the production on this is really, really good! Can't wait to see the series :)
Definitely an interesting concept. Definitely looking forward to the series and seeing how all of this plays out!!
Yea the trailer is pretty good and the martial arts moves in it look awesome. I really hope this lives up to my expectations!
That trailer looks awesome. I like the action sequences that are shown here. I can't wait to see how the show turns out because Dan is AWESOME at stunts!
