Mortal Kombat VITA Review (PlanetPlaystation)

From the site's featured review:

"When Mortal Kombat was reborn for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 last year, it lit a fire under the butts of gamers that had long been dwindled out by lame sequels packed with the same old gimmicks. And for good reason – Ed Boon and his team at Netherrealm Studios quite effectively brought the series back in the best fashion possible, with exquisite visuals, superb gameplay and plenty of new characters joining the fray, including – oddly enough – icon horror master Freddy Krueger. A year later, the PlayStation Vita owners get their turn with their own version of Kombat, and if you liked before, you’ll feel the same way now." (Mortal Kombat, PS Vita) 9/10
