Slow Down Young Man

I am a mere 17 months from hitting the big 30 and something is becoming apparent, something so terrifying that it scares me like the teenage population of Elm Street fears the night time. I am talking of course about reaction times or to be more to the point the loss of them. (PS3)

Great point. I'm 30 and see no difference in my gaming skills and stats compared to when I was in my early twenties. In fact, I'm arguably better now with all these years of practice.

Perhaps the writer should look at other factors? Does he exercise regularly? (I feel I would have slowed down some at this point, except that I exercise five times a week.) Is he eating right?

Gaming is a great past time for everyone of any age.

only thing i hated in this article was him saying he has 17 months til he is 30. i didnt think adults counted bdays down like that anymore. but if thats the case, 7 days til im 31. lol.
