Yeah it's like that top down Ghostbusters PSN/XBLA game. Only thing related to the series was the title. It straight up sucked. I don't know though. You can't blame this like it's the Vita's fault, when the console title just came out and 99% of all the reviews said it was an udder failure. Maybe sometimes change is bad. But in the same, when you don't change people hate you and call you repetitive regardless the quality. I think there no hope in the media.
They need to take this series out of the hands of these western devs.
Put this game on the shelf for a while, let it sit. Homecoming was okay but this latest installment is god awful . This series needs to go back to the creators of 1 thru 3...hell even 4 was better than what we are getting now.

I dug out my old Copy of Silent Hill 2 on PC and I sat there just thinking to myself "Why have they let this series go so low?" Forgot how twisted and Horrific (In a good way) Silent Hill 2 is and SH3. Survival Horror in general has gone down hill which is a shame because playing a true survival horror is unlike anything else!
After the announcement of Zwei, I have a feeling that Konami days with Silent Hill are numbered unless they actually found a team who are truly devoted to the past games' vision instead of just playing them for reference data.....

it has about as much to do with silent hill as scott ciencin's comics do, they also featured some magic book and no connection to silent hill other than the name, not to mention being barely coherent as a story without even trying figure out how they fit in with everything else in silent hill.
