The Lightning DLC seems pretty small despite SE claiming it was going to be big. The Snow DLC costs more than it too?

XIII-3's definitely happening now.

Actually, The Snow DLC costs more because it includes 2 Coliseum boss fights and the episode as well. The Lightning DLC is only an episode.

Right, but still, the Lightning DLC seems way too small to resolve the main game's ending, which is what SE almost implied it would.

well, from what I heard, it more or less 'explains' the ending, rather than creates a new one, so we really don't know what we're gonna get until we get the DLC.
