The first three entries in Insomniac's Resistance FPS series are to be bundled up and sold as one, Sony has confirmed. Publisher Sony has since confirmed to Eurogamer that the pack is the real deal and more details will be announced soon.
So this is the way they will put trophies to resistance 1? If they even include them.
That's the only way this would even be worth buying. R1 was the best resistance game. The other two were mediocre.
I feel like you didn't play Resistance 3...
I think you haven't played R3 either. A lot of people didnt. I think R1 is still the better but only because multiplayer.. R3's single player is awesome.
I agree. I liked r3 but it still wasn't stellar.
agreed, Resistance 3 was without doubt the best singleplayer experience. as for trophies for Resistance 1, i highly doubt they'd just include them in this pack, it would annoy a lot of people who already own it... so if it does happen, it will come as DLC
Don't try and tell me waht i did and did not play. I wouldnt say I played a game that I didnt play. R3's campian mode was the most poorly written story of all the games. They abandoned the plotline and main character of the first two games and left us with a LOT of unanswered questions about the chimara. I have never been more unsatisfied with a series more than I was when R3 ended. Insomniac nearly had a killer app when they first started Resistance, but with each sequel, the game got worse. If they just would have stayed true to what made R1 great, I believe it could have been the Halo of ps3. They screwed the game though, so don't blame me and try to convince yourself that I didnt play any of the games just because you cant admit that.
They didn't do it for the dual pack, I doubt they do it for this....Really lame considering I'd play that game another 15 times if it had trophies.
I don't think that will happen. Just a re-package with all three games. They don't really care about what would push their sales or it is really difficult or cost intensive to add trophies to an old game. Don't know but my guess is that trophies for KZ 1 won't happen ^^
hell yeah ... day 1 buy :D
hmm with them releceing the Trilogy's of this and now UC? what next? R&C PS3 Trilogy? KZ Trilogy? sound like they finishing up ps3 tbh to make way for ps4
well u might of read there a delay with the R&CHD collection in eu well they got it wrong Ratchet & Clank Future Trilogy http://www.amazon.de/exec/o... ffs google lol it how they translated it
We already own these games... Maybe add the R1 map packs and weapons into R3 with 40 players online? Then, I'd pay hardcore for it. Actually...just release the multi-player from Resistance: Fall of Man on the network for FREE!!! Then, release the single-player campaign for $5-$10. It would be a great way for them to earn a bit of extra cash.l
People who havent got any of these, should definatly get! Resistance 1 is a classic, Resistance 2 was still pretty good and the co op was a blast, and Resistance 3 hast one of the campaigns ive played this gen, right next to uncharted.
Yea I have em all. FoM is my fav of course. R2 had the best mp. R3's single player woulda been flawless had the ending not been rushed. Also there were annoying bugs like sound synching. Hoping burning skies returns to the roots.
R1>R3>R2 Resistance 1 was great and one of my favorite FPS campaigns. R2 was crap R3 was good, not better than R1 but still way better than R2. I almost lost all faith in this franchise because of R2.
Resistance 1 = amazing Resistance 2 = good game Resistance 3 = mindfreaking
Sony sure are masters of packaging their games over and over again. Didn't they release a double pack of R1 and R2 before R3 came out? SMH, whats next the Resistance PSP game remastered for the PS3? sheesh.
My PSP is broken and I lost my copy of Retribution. What a solid game and sadly it's not on PSN :-( ! Would love to play it again be it on Vita or remastered on PS3!
