Rumor: Mirror's Edge 2 In Development For Durango & Kinect 2

Dual Pixels - The infamous Mirror's Edge sequel that everyone thought was a dead possibility is in development for the next-generation of Xbox 360 and Kinect. Dual Pixels' Geno, with his close inside sources amongst the gaming industry, has informed us that Mirror's Edge 2 pushes the Frostbyte 2 engine to its limit

Just give us a more thorough plot line, one that actually makes sense. Toss in above average 2 player mode and your set! Geez...this was a Multiplat game, so I'm expecting it on my PS3!

Its definitely in development. its listed on the frostbite2 website. With some gameplay tweaks the game could be amazing. the first game had flaws but its still one of my favourites from this gen.

Since this is an EA game I expect this game to be as ok as the first one was with tons of day one DLC along with an activation code to be able to use guns while running hop scotch on cement filled streets....If you can sense the sarcasm in this then you and me will be great friends as this game is a rental at best.

It doesn't matter because,trying to pull off any of those move would be impossible with out a proper controller and I don't see how kinect 2 would add much ,even if their was move support,only function it would have is camera movement so it plays like a pc.

Why with Kinect.....come on I don't see why people are being disagreed for saying it's going to be crap with Kinect.....it will. It will probably be on rails, would anyone really want that for this type of game.

We've been waiting for ME2 for ages, I wouldn't want it any where near Kinect. It's sad enough as it is that MS might include Kinect 2 with the nextbox, I wouldn't want to pay for a gimmick I'll hardly use.

Pretty lofty claims with no real source, and if you can't even research the name of Mirror's Edge's main character (Faith by the way) then all credibility is lost, not only in your words, but your website.

Huge fan of the 1st game. There's no way in hell this game has anything to do with Kinect. Anyone that has played the 1st one knows that its impossible to implement. And there was no talking or teammates in the 1st so I expect no voice control. Mirror's Edge suffered less then expected sales and adding Kinect would kill the fanbase it did have.

Parkour is the art of replacement. I don't think doing it from where you stand is possible. Most likely fake rumor.

Also with the next-gen rumors are here, there are lots of possibly fake rumors out there. "Half-Life 3 will be on Xbox 720", "Mass Effect 4 will be on Wii U", "Next GOW will be on PS4". They are always the same.
