Wii U Won't Get Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition

Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition won't be coming to Wii U, according to the games distributor Beamdog.

Trent Oster, founder of Beamdog, wrote on Twitter, "We don't do Nintendo development. Our previous experience with Nintendo was enough to ensure there will not be another."

Nintendo really can't catch a break -- some people will always hate them, no matter what. Hopefully Beamdog eats crow, and the Wii U sells enough to change their tune.

Nintendo can't catch a break? What are you talking about? They've sold around 100million wii's, I think they are fine. They put themselves in the position with downloadable stuff. The policies they have are absurd compared to Steam, PSN and even XBL, which are also strict, but not nearly as bad a Nintendos.

You're right about Wiiware being a joke of a service
Though Mr.Oster's rant was uncalled for. As the 3DS proves; Nintendo has learned from their mistakes (in relation to their online policies), and are willing adapt to 3rd party practices.

He basically said that they'll, "never release software on a Nintendo console again (keep in mind that they're developing software for ios devices)."

Just the Nintendo hate... Oh some developers said something not positive about Nintendo... Who cares like I said if this was rockstar or someone that has real potential to break a console because their game isn't on it then I would listen.
