GNT: Jeff’s Jabs: Appeasing the Masses

GNT: Bioware has made an announcement of significant proportions; DLC to address the complaints made by fans regarding the end of the Mass Effect trilogy. The announcement was made days before PAX East, where a panel from Bioware addressed the many questions of the gaming community.

But is this State of the Nation address too little, too late for angered Bioware fans? Let’s take a look at some of the major points made in this announcement. (Mass Effect, Mass Effect 3, Xbox 360)

I wonder how fans will react to DLC stuff that's being added to address their frustrations. My bet is that a lot of people will still be pissed.

To me, the DLC just sounds like an explanation of the 3 endings, however that is the end of the game, seems it's hard for people to accept that. This DLC doesn't sound like it will change anything, just expand on the 3 endings.

people will be happy on seeing the their choices (fleets) have some impact. However, it will all still get overshadowed by the colours.

It depends, I agree with you that people will still be pissed.

I'm passed the pissed stage, just very dissapointed in Bioware.

Also, Bioware didn't really address many questions, the Q&A was like 5 minutes long.
