Wondering how long it will take for the UK doesn't equal the world comments?

Back on focus...It does amaze me how well the Fifa franchise / IP does in the UK. 4 out of the top 10 are Fifa titles.. I dont think even Madden does that well here in the states.

lol. exactly what i was thinking. isn't it odd that the UK and American numbers take precedence over other territories. all those PS3 fanboys that are supposedly controlling this site must love shooting themselves in the foot by continually focusing on the only two regions the 360 outsells the PS3. silly PS3 fanboys, just post the worldwide figures and then we can discuss the issues properly

But what does the WW number have to do with this article or the US one?

Why keep going off topic every time the 360 prevails in a certain region while RARELY someone bring up the 360 US sales or 2011 dominance when we talk about ps3 dominance in japan sales?

the UK is the largest gaming territory in Europe!? LOLOL!!!!!!!!!!

what a screwed up reality some of you live in. but still, it's probably pretty cool under that rock

fact: the reason the UK and American chartz are scrutinised more than any others on this site is that this site is largely a 360 fanboy site and those territories favour the 360.

it's exactly the same as when stupid PS3 fanboys gloat about the Japanese numbers. it's pathetic and childish. the only numbers that matter at all are the worldwide numbers. that's not picking and choosing, that's taking EVERY region into consideration. if 360 fanboys are going to keep suggesting that using worldwide numbers is a PS3 fanboy thing to do then common sense is dead on this site.

the only reason PS3 owners constantly point this out to 360 owners is because of the way 360 owners gloat with their selective mindsets. call it an education from more rounded gamers

360 jumped up almost a 3rd? Please tell me this isn't because of Kinect Star Wars.

Nothing unusual about the numbers other than that I guess. Moving on.

Sadly I think Kinect Star Wars is a big factor. I mean all you need to do is look at the Kinect Adventures numbers to understand that most of the 360's sold were bundled Kinect 360's... then factor in the strong Star Wars sales and well...you can see the tie in.

The Xbox 360 did an amazing job topping the charts. Also a special shout out to the Nintendo 3DS entertainment system for performing well as the number 1 handheld device for the week in the UK. The videogame industry looks nice and healthy and I hope that things continue on a positive note.

A pat on the back for Starwars, a Kinect only title leading the way in the software department as well. I am always happy to see Microsofts Kinect succeed.

Have a good day and happy gaming.
