Most anticipated video games of 2012 for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii

First-person shooter Halo 4 and action title Assassin's Creed III are among video game players' most anticipated console titles, says a survey from Nielsen. (Assassin's Creed III, Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, Halo 4, Madden NFL 13, NBA Live 13, Prototype 2, PS3, Wii, Xbox 360, Xenoblade Chronicles)

"Star wars kinect" and "fable the journey" more hyped than bioshock infinite?

sounds legit

Also, I find it hard to believe that Last of us didn't even make it in the top ten in the PS3 list. We are expected to believe that people are more hyped about the sequels to two highly mediocre games (prototype and metal of honor) than the new IP of one of the top developers this generation? please.

This list is pure bullshit.

well to be honest prototype and metal of honor already have an established followed, regardless of how big or small. And even tho the last of us looked great with the premiere trailer i honestly havent heard to much about it since besides the random articles here and there.

I know... but who would want to play Starhawk, Journey, Twisted Metal, Sly 4, The Last of Us, MLB 12 The Show, Dust 514, Jak and Daxter Collection or Sorcery? \s

Wonder how NBA Live 13 will be like after Live's 2 year hiatus

That list was dumb , their were games exclusive to console that are multi-plat . seem like he was not trying to favor one console over another but tried to make them seem like they were getting certain games or using certain games as fillers for some consoles.

Indeed. And how come 8 of the 11 most-anticipated XBox 360/PlayStation 3 games on the list are the exact same games? It's leading me to believe what I used to believe back around 2010 that 360 and PS3 owners are one and the same save 4 or 5 exclusives. The Wii list is more understandable because Wii owners don't have much to look forward to this year and the new Nintendo console is supposed to come out.

That to me has always been true. The systems are basically equal except the PS3 has Blue Ray movies and the 360 has a superior online community. Hence I watch more movies on the PS3 and play more online games on the 360.
