Wow,Bethesda can't even release patches without issues.

I was only playing the game for five minutes before I went into the water and my game froze. Ridiculous.

Meanwhile my PS3 copy of Skyrim is still playing on 1.02 and I continue to have no problems. I was experiencing none of the issues people online have been complaining about since like day 1 aside from the framerate drops then 1.02 helped that alot. I have had no issues since then and have declined to update every time I boot up the game.

For me, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, and I'm glad I took that route because every update since then seems to have made things worse if people online are to be believed.

Wow, you're at the top of another Skyrim artical....

My Xbox frame rate keeps going down horribly and it has frozen twice.

That can't be true. I don't know how many times I've read on here that the 360 version is flawless. ; )

I think the disagree doesn't understand sarcasm.

XBOX 360 lag

Search for this on youtube
skyrim xbox lag

Lots of people are lagging on the xbox.

That's why I don't install Bethesda updates untill they're stable people.

True but I dont want to shut off my wifi everytime I pop one of their games in and I shouldnt have too

Larry L2171d ago

If you're talking about the PS3 version, you don't have to turn off your wi-fi. Skyrim updates are optional. Just hit O instead of X and the game starts up with what you've got.

I'm still on version 1.02 and I've never had to turn off my wi-fi.

I always wait a month/weeks.

I'm not into having to pull off workarounds for a 'patch'.
