Writer Giancarlo writes - "The game I played at PAX East was essentially its finished version, so I was able to play through all of its modes and get the full musical experience. Series Mode is the closest thing to a “story” the game has to offer, but it is actually a recap of the Final Fantasy franchise’s 25-year history. You start the game with a party of four characters ranging from generic classes like warrior and mages to actual protagonists like Tidus and Lightning. Every numerical Final Fantasy game from Final Fantasy I through XIII is available to experience, and each one has three stages to play – field, event, and battle – with its own set of songs from that particular game."
