Worlds inc is a no name failed online gaming company that is suing every damn company that uses online gaming.

In other words they make their money off of others success where they failed.

Worlds Inc is crap

This leaves me torn between who I want to win. I'm leaning towards Worlds Inc tho.

Their patent is too damn broad. Basically says hi we created the idea of virtual worlds using the Internet.

The never patented technology.

Anyways that's why they lost their other lawsuits.

“Each notice of allowance from the USPTO reaffirms our position as an innovative ‘first-mover’ in these areas"

In short, they're dicks that like to show off.

Would somebody just patent air already and sue the entire planet? You should only be able to patent a schematic, not a broad idea.

Yah, the whole vague patents for "enables people to do this vague thing" / "this object that interacts with this object" is dumb as hell. Why not patent "enabling people to click a button"... I can see the need for patents on specific ideas, but when people just randomly patent a broad range of / vague things, its just dumb as hell.
