Dead Island: Exploring The Unknown Review

Dead Island is Fallout 3 with crazy zombies. Some people may compare it to Left 4 Dead (because it is first-person and has for four players online) or Dead Rising (because you can modify weapons), but when you finally move past the game’s obtuse opening and less than fancy cut scenes, I embarked onto a world filled to the brim with quests, intriguing environments, and a well-developed character progression system that had me wishing there were more hours in a day to play, Bluntly, Dead Island is a bit rough around the edges as a role-playing game, but I loved every moment of it. (Dead Island, PC, PS3, Xbox 360) 7.9/10
